Description
Duram Solvent is used as a cleaning agent for Duram 195 and Multithane membranes.
Uses
- Duram Solvent should be used prior to polyurethane sealant/membrane application, to clean non-porous substrates such as metals and plastics.
- Duram Solvent can also be used to clean tools and other equipment used during the installation of Duram polyurethane sealants and/or membranes.
- Duram Solvent is also a great cleaning agent and can be used to clean Duram polyurethane base coats that have been left exposed for a prolonged period of time, or have accumulated dust/dirt/debris prior to application of additional coats of Duram polyurethane membranes.

Shelf Life
Approximately 24 months if stored correctly.
Storage
Store in cool, dry area. Product is flammable. Store away from naked flames, heat sources, other sources of ignition and any other accelerants or corrosive compounds. Keep out of the reach of children.
Application
Apply the solvent by brush or clean cloth & adhere to all precautions on SDS.
Curing
- The drying and curing of solvent can only be given as a guide as it is affected by type, dryness and porosity of the surface, temperature, humidity, ventilation, climate conditions and application technique.
- Prior to the application of another product, allow the solvent to flash off any surface that it is applied to.
