DESCRIPTION
MAXIFLEX is a high performance, extremely versatile high solids, acrylic based waterproofing decorative texture paint coating, providing excellent flexibility, elasticity and durability in exposed conditions. It is available in a wide range of colours. A smooth or textured finish can be achieved. The flexibility of MAXIFLEX makes it ideal for coating Hardiflex or other substrates subject to movement.
USES
MAXIFLEX is ideal as an internal or external final decorative and protective coating for:

- Partitioning
- Parapets etc.
- Ideal for surfaces subjected to high winds, salt spray and severe weather conditions.

SUITABLE SURFACES
MAXIFLEX is suitable to coat the following suitably primed, clean, dry, sound, contaminant-free, stable surface: Off-form concrete. Cement render. Harditex sheeting. FC Sheeting. Blue Board. Brick and block work. Surface imperfections must be fixed prior to applying the MAXIFLEX to achieve the desired finish. Substrates and or joints may need to be prepared with MAXIJOINT, MAXICRETE or MAXIPATCH.
